How to get to Barcelona City |
By Air
From "El Prat", Barcelona International Airport. The Barcelona International Airport is situated 15 km east of Barcelona. Connected to the city center by the Airport Bus to Plaza Catalunya or the Train to Sants Station (about 3 €) or taxi (about 15-30 €, depending on traffic).

By Train
The main railway stations are Estació de Sants (Metro Sants-Estació) and Estació de França (Metro Barceloneta).

By Car
From Madrid or Valencia: Freeway AP-2 or B-23
From the North (France): Freeway AP-7

Registration |

The conference registration desk is located on the intermediate Floor, in E01 room in the A6 Building (see How to go from Metro “Palau Reial” Station to the Secretariat Conference at the Venue page).
The registration desk will be open on:

Audio-Visual Equipment |
|
All technical session presentation rooms will be equipped with a VGA-compatible LCD projector and a screen. The authors, if needed, must request any additional equipment from the EUSFLAT – LFA 2005 Secretariat during the registration.

Official language |
|
The official language of the Conference is English. No simultaneous translation will be available.
|
Instructions for Speakers |
|
Speakers are requested to identify themselves to their session chairs before session starting time and to test their presentation and equipment.
Speakers have a 20 minute slot for their presentations: 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions from the audience and discussion.

Internet Area |
|
Internet area (only for laptops with wireless connection) is located in 1st floor of A6 building, room105. It will be open:

Where to have lunch |
|
The lunch will be served at “Polimenu” located in the “Plaça Cup” (it is included in the registration fees, you must have the tickets).
